Bagphic Shipping Policy

At Bagphic, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and secure shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures and ensure a smooth delivery process.

Shipping Methods:

  1. All orders shipping to a U.S. address will be shipped via FedEx or UPS with signature confirmation required (unless shipping to military addresses, which will be shipped via USPS).
  2. All shipments are packaged in nondescript packaging to ensure privacy and security.

Shipping Options:

  1. Standard shipping in the continental United States is at a flat rate starting from  $10.95 and up depending on the size, weight, and distance of the item. 
  2. Standard items being shipped in the continental United States offers an automatic insurance claim value of $100 with mainstream couriers. Items shipped via Standard Shipping will take approximately 3-14 business days to arrive from the order date, depending on size, weight, and distance.
  3. Expedited shipping in the continental United States can vary based on the size, weight, and distance of the item. This option is available only for shipments within the U.S. Expedited Shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive from the order date.
  4. Extraordinary valued items shipping within the continental United States may be eligible for higher insurance claim value depending on the courier. 
  5. Shipping costs may vary for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, or Internationally.

Processing Time:

  1. Bagphic normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM PST.
  2. Orders placed after 4 PM ET Monday through Thursday will begin processing the next business day.
  3. Orders placed after 4 PM PST Friday will start processing on Monday.
  4. Fulfillments will not be processed outside of our normal business hours, including weekends and federal holidays.
  5. Depending on the shipping selection (Standard or Expedited), you should expect to receive your tracking details 3-5 business days before receiving the purchased item(s).
  6. We review, verify, and approve every order. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause a delay. We may contact you, and it is the your responsibility to provide accurate contact and shipping information, including gate codes, or other relevant instructions that may be helpful for the delivery person.

Order Changes:

  1. To ensure you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we limit the changes or modifications that can be made after your order is placed. Any adjustments or Order Changes may delay the processing and shipping of your entire order.
  2. We will make our best effort to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee any requests made after the first hour of placing your order.  We’ve outlined the specific circumstances that may allow for an order change:
    1. If you need to your order shipped to a different address other than your billing address, or have any other special shipping instructions.
    2. If you need to add or remove items from your original order. 
  3. Any adjustments may impact shipping times. Additionally, some items may ship from different locations, which could lead to delays or result in separate deliveries.
  4. It is recommended to insure items of high/extraordinary value should an item become damaged in transit. 
  5. It is required to notate any damages with photographic evidence prior to shipping the item as we do not accept return requests for items that are not in the same condition as they were sent to you. 

Valid Addresses:

  1. Bagphic will ship to any valid street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  2. A valid street address includes:
    1. A street number (e.g., house, apartment, office, or other business address) and any relevant unit or suite numbers.  
  3. An invalid Address includes any:
    1. P.O. Boxes.

Order Cancellation:

  1. Customers have 1 business day from the moment the order is placed to cancel the order, e.g., if the order is placed on Friday, then you would have until 4 pm PST on Monday to cancel the order (“Cancellation Period”).
  2. Cancellations not made within the Cancellation Period incur a cancellation fee determined by the value of the product plus shipping cost.

Return Policy

At Bagphic, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our luxury e-commerce platform. By purchasing on our site, you agree to abide by this Return Policy.

Return Eligibility:

  1. Condition. We accept returns only for items that are in the same condition as when it was sold. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and show no signs of use. Any protective stickers or films must remain in place. Items that are damaged or show any sort of wear are ineligible for return.
  2. Timeframe. Buyers must request the return within 7 days (including weekends) of receiving the item by contacting our customer service team at love@bagphic.com. The initial return request must include clear photographs of the item from multiple angles, focusing on any areas of concern. Our customer service team will review and respond to the return request within 3 business days. Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of the approval to qualify for a refund.
  3. Original State. The item must include all original packaging, tags, and any accessories. All pieces originally included with the item must be intact and present.
  4. Restocking Fee.  A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be applied to all returned items, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned merchandise. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount when processing your return. aWe reserve the right to waive the restocking fee at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Any item that has been worn, used, or altered in any way.
  2. Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery of the item.
  3. Items returned after the approved return window.
  4. Items missing any components or original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item. In the initial request, please include the following information:
    1. Provide the order number associated with the purchase of the item you wish to return.
    2. Indicate the specific reason for returning the item.
    3. Submit clear and detailed photographs of the items from mulitple angles, focusing on any areas of concern, if any.
    4. Photos should clearly show all sides of the item, including the front, back, sides, and any notable angles.
    5. Failure to include all required information in your intial return request may result in the denial of your return.
  2. Return Authorization. After your return request is received, Bagphic will conduct an initial inspection of the photos provided. If the return request is approved, Bagphic will issue a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) and a return label with shipping instructions. Baghic reserves the right to request additional photographs, video evidence, or third-party authentication if needed to asses the item’s condition. Carefully repack the item in its original packaging and include the RAN. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. The item must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving a return approval confirmation from Bagphic.
  3. Inspection. Upon receiving the returned item, Bagphic will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that the item’s condition matches our original listing and approved return request. We reserve the right to deny or adjust the refund if any discrepancies are found between the item's current condition and its condition at the time of sale.
  4. Refund. If the return is approved after inspection, we will do our best to process the approved refund amount within 30 days to the original payment method. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs (if applicable) unless the return is due to an error on our part. International/foreign banks, wire transfers and any other alternative payment methods may require more time to authenticate returns, especially larger amounts. It is the customer's responsibility to inform their bank about any incoming refunds, account deposits, or other transactions related to Bagphic.
  5. Outcome Communication.  Bagphic will communicate the outcome of the return inspection and the refund decision to the buyer via email. The refund process is complete only after the return request has been submitted, approved, and the item has been received and inspected by Bagphic. It is the buyer’s responsibility to respond in a timely manner to any requests during this process.
  6. If any part of the Return Process is not completed as required, Bagphic reserves the right to deny or cancel the refund request. 

Important Notes:

  1. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with our policy.
  2. Refunds may take up to 14 business days or more after approval to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  3. If you change banks/credit card information between the purchase and return of an item, it is your responsibility to contact your previous institution and advise that a refund will be sent to your previous account. Similarly, if a bank gift card was used for the purchase, please retain the card until you are certain the item will not be returned. Refunds will be refunded to the gift card used.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse or deny a return or refund request at our discretion.

Fraudulent Returns:

  1. Bagphic reserves the right to refuse service to customers who abuse the return policy or attempt fraudulent returns. Any attempt to return counterfeit goods in place of authentic items will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
